• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Non-returnable Items: Certain items like opened personal care products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
